this is like the only thing I could think of that even remotely fits that character description ( http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w178/ctkate7o6/Bleach/Semi-Main%20Characters/donkanonji.jpg ), although he's only involved in a few episodes that aren't related to the show's central plot. There aren't that many mustached characters in anime

Higurashi no naku koro ni
Claymore
DBZ
Shakugan no Shana
Sayonara zetsubou sensei
Clannad (see my avatar)
Gurren-Lagann
Ouran host club
Cowboy Bebop

There are probably others that Im forgetting

Correct...I think it might have been on G4.

EDIT: It was on like a couple years ago. Remember, it was VERY random.

Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi was on G4 and that show was incredibly fucking random sometimes. Maybe that was it...

Correct...I think it might have been on G4.
